Blanco Construction Update June 2019

 In Construction

The weather was a real challenge this winter and spring and with all the rain, concrete was often delayed as was steel 9. You can;t pour concrete when it is raining anor can you weld steel as it uses electricity to join the materials. The good news is the steel and concrete work is done now!

You can see we have added the framing for an outdoor gas fireplace which will nice ambiance for evening events while being a great architectural element for daytime functions.

After all the framing and drywall are in place, we’ll begin the stucco finish and creating the planter beds and boxes for the trees and plants.  We are planning for olive trees (non fruit bearing).

We have been conducting lots of hard hat tours for meeting planners, wedding planners and bridal couples. We have begun booking events and have special pricing available for people who book before we officially open so if you are interested in Blanco for an event, now is a great time to come take a look an discuss your plans.

It easy to book a tour and get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see a new venue under construction! Use this link to book on one of the open days and times: https://calendly.com/michaeljdoyle/60min or email us at info @ blancovenue.com. Be sure to follow us on social media as well!
