Livestreaming Requirements and Planning Tool for Events
Livestreaming is becoming more and more popular for events of all types to the point where it is now easy to stream from a mobile phone, to Facebook and Youtube as well as many other pretty simple free options. But if you are in need of a more professional, customizable and or higher quality and more controllable solution for say a corporate presentation, critical event stream etc. you’ll be investing in and managing a pretty robust workflow. We are planning to make it much easier for event and meeting professionals to do that at Blanco as our San Jose venue will have multi-camera livestreaming and content capture already built-in.
Our team has been doing livestreaming for clients for years at venues around the country and in most cases, it’s quite a bit harder and expensive than we think it needs to be so we are making livestreaming a core service offering at Blanco. We are building out the studio, remote controlled TV-quality cameras, the big Internet pipes, encoders, servers and processes to make it a no-brainer for clients to reach an audience large or small around the globe.
We’d love to talk to you more about it and your needs should you have a program in Silicon Valley. In the meantime, here is a tool that we use with our programs that seems to work quite well. Feel free to download either the excel sheet or the pdf here or use our contact form and request a set to be emailed to you via a link to our google docs shared documents. We are constantly adding to the tools you can download there. You can also request permission to edit and share your improvements!
